Return Policy

At Tactical Expressions, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of firearm parts and accessories, we’ve created the following return guidelines:

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items:

• Firearms and serialized items (once transferred)
• Ammunition
• Safety or protective gear
• Opened or used parts
• Custom-made or Cerakoted items

Eligible Returns – Accessories & Non-Custom Items

We accept returns on eligible, non-customized accessories and parts within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused and in original packaging
• Free from installation, modification, or wear
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You have two options:

1. Use your own carrier (must include tracking), or

2. Request a prepaid return label from us — a flat $8 fee will be deducted from your refund.

To begin a return, please request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by emailing us at email@tactical-expressions.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds & Restocking

• Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee

• Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
