Refund Policies

We gladly accept any returns within 30 days of purchase provided the product is not used. Please contact us immediately if there is any problem with your product, or if there are any issues with your order.


Return Policy (within 30 days of purchase)

An invoice or packing slip is required for all returns, refunds or exchanges. All returns for credit will be applied to your store credit account unless otherwise specified.

Send all requests to Items returned in NEW condition, uninstalled, unused and including all original packaging will receive a full credit of the purchase price for merchandise exchange or store credit. A 10% restocking fee applies to orders being returned to the original payment method. Items that have been installed or used will not be excepted for return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping. Attempted returns on non-refundable items will be sent back at the shipper's expense only. All warranties are through the manufacturer of the products. We will work with you in the case of all warranty issues.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Defect Refunds

If we send you a product with a defect or other problem, we will gladly replace the part at no charge to you. Just contact us via email at with your order# and we will ship you a replacement with a return envelope to send the defective piece back.


Please Note: Due to all of our AR parts are kept to strict Mil-Spec standards and when Cerakote is applied a small amount of adjustment by a minute amount of filing may or may not be needed to fit the part.
