Refund Policies

We gladly accept any returns within 30 days of purchase provided the product is not used. Please contact us immediately if there is any problem with your product, or if there are any issues with your order.


Buyers Remorse Refunds

We do accept returns if you do not like the product for any reason. Return shipping will be the buyers responsibility, and the product must be unused. Please just contact us via email at with your order# and mail us back the product. We will issue a full refund upon receipt.

Please note: Custom products are non-refundable. They are still covered under our defect exchange policy.

Defect Refunds

If we send you a product with a defect or other problem, we will gladly replace the part at no charge to you. Just contact us via email at with your order# and we will ship you a replacement with a return envelope to send the defective piece back.
