The 12” Air Lite Series “Honeycomb” M-LOK Free Floating Handguard is engineered for shooters who want an ultra-lightweight profile without sacrificing durability or rigidity. Proudly made in the USA, this handguard combines advanced machining with a structural honeycomb design to deliver exceptional strength at a reduced weight.

Precision-cut honeycomb geometry throughout the handguard removes unnecessary material while reinforcing key stress points. The result is a handguard that weighs just 11.2 oz including the barrel nut, making it an excellent choice for lightweight builds, competition rifles, and duty setups.

A monolithic top Picatinny rail runs seamlessly from the receiver forward, enabled by the handguard’s tight, flush fit against the upper receiver. The rail slides over a proprietary barrel nut and is securely locked in place using six mounting screws, ensuring a rock-solid free-float platform.

At the front end, three M-LOK slots on three sides allow for flexible mounting of lights, grips, and accessories without adding bulk. The 6061-T6 aluminum construction and anodized black finish provide long-term durability, corrosion resistance, and a clean, professional look.
