The Aero Precision M5 AR-10 stripped lower receiver provides a premium foundation for builders who want both performance and customization in their .308 AR platform. Machined from 7075-T6 forged aluminum, this lower is built to mil-spec standards to ensure proper interface with standard AR-10 / .308 components and magazines.

This version features a professionally applied Cerakote finish, offering enhanced corrosion resistance, improved surface durability, and the ability to match or contrast with other custom components. Cerakote’s thin, resilient coating maintains proper tolerances while giving builders more freedom to personalize their rifle.

The M5 lower includes an integrated trigger guard for added strength and comfort, along with an upper tension screw located in the grip tang. This nylon-tipped set screw allows users to fine-tune the fit between the upper and lower receiver, reducing play and improving overall build quality.

Tactical Expressions completes this lower receiver with a high-precision laser-etched design, etched over the Aero “A” logo as shown in product images. Laser etching ensures a clean, permanent mark that will not wear, fade, or compromise the Cerakote finish.

PLEASE NOTE: This item must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

• Any order containing a lower receiver will ship only to the designated FFL

• If you want other non-serialized items shipped to a different address, please place a separate order

How to Complete Your FFL Order:

1. Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout

2. Under Shipping, enter the FFL dealer’s business name and address

3. Under Billing, enter your personal billing address

4. Complete checkout

5. If you are the FFL holder, email a copy of the FFL (PDF or JPG) to
   [email protected]

We verify all FFLs prior to shipment. Verification may take a few business days. We recommend notifying your chosen FFL of the incoming transfer.

If there are any issues with verification, we will contact you by phone or email. If FFL information cannot be verified and there is no response within 30 days of purchase, the order will be canceled and a store credit will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee.
