PLEASE NOTE: This item MUST be shipped to a valid FFL dealer. Any firearm or serialized receiver purchase requires verified FFL information before shipment.

After purchase, Tactical Expressions will contact your selected FFL dealer to verify licensing information prior to shipment. We strongly recommend contacting your FFL dealer ahead of time to notify them of your incoming transfer.

All items purchased with this lower receiver will ship to the designated FFL dealer. If you would like non-serialized items shipped elsewhere, please place a separate order.

Due to increased handling requirements for serialized items, stripped lowers are not eligible for free shipping.

If we are unable to verify FFL information and no response is received within 30 days after purchase, the order will be canceled and store credit will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee.
